Frontend Developer, React

micro1 is looking for a Frontend Developer (React) for remote contract work at $30–$90/hr (10 openings). In this role you apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems: your work shapes how models learn, reason and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required: your domain knowledge is what matters.

You will design, develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript; translate wireframes and visual designs into interactive, accessible interfaces; ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for speed and scalability; write clean, reusable, well-documented code; and contribute to code reviews.

Requirements: expert-level hands-on experience building web applications with React.js and JavaScript; responsive, user-centric interfaces; strong debugging, performance tuning and browser compatibility skills; experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services; deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and modern frontend tooling; strong written and verbal communication; a track record of delivering in remote, distributed teams. Preferred: Vue or Angular, state management and frontend testing libraries, accessible web apps.
