QA Engineer (Remote, Full-time) — Micro1 via AI Gig Scout

micro1 is hiring a full-time, remote QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability and performance of its products, working closely with engineers, product teams and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. The national pay range is a base salary of $100,000–$140,000 USD, plus equity eligibility, possible performance bonuses, and benefits including up to 100% reimbursement of health-insurance premiums, paid time off and a 401(k) with company match.

You will own testing for new features, improvements and bug fixes; design, run and maintain manual test cases and scenarios; identify, document, track and validate bugs; build and maintain automated tests to improve regression coverage; perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing; take part in Agile planning, refinement and release cycles; and communicate blockers, risks and findings.

Requirements: proven software QA experience in agile, fast-paced environments; strong manual testing, test planning and execution skills; hands-on experience implementing and maintaining automated tests and testing frameworks; a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, QA processes and release validation; and experience with bug-tracking systems, test management tools and version control.
