Software Engineer (Remote, Contract, AI training) — Ethos AI via AI Gig Scout

Ethos AI is working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced software engineers who can help train its latest language model on software development tasks. Senior or Staff Software Engineers with 5+ years at top technology companies will create, evaluate and refine AI-generated work across core software engineering workflows. Pay is $100/hour, with a flexible 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired), fully remote on your own schedule, starting ASAP.

Qualifications: Senior or Staff Software Engineer with 5+ years at a top technology company; strong expertise in system design, algorithms and software architecture; excellent written communication and attention to detail; experience with various programming languages and development methodologies.
